Hatha, Katonah, and Vinyasa Flow:

Yoga is the root of my practice, in all of its forms.

I meet students where they are, and invite them to discover newness in the fundamental roots of the practice.

Katonah Yoga is a unique certification that looks at the body and spirit as a whole system. A synthesis of multiple esoteric traditions, it asks the practitioner to look deeply within, relate to season, examine physical alignment, and return to essence.

Each practice calls up classical Hatha yoga layered with theory sourced from Taoism, Chinese medicine, sacred geometry, and mythology. This workshop style class will cultivate techniques for personal integration and communal well being. Each experience includes breathwork, asana, and meditation.

sound healing

I work with vibrational instruments and voice to guide individuals and groups into states of rest, wellbeing, and attunement to a grounded perspective.

An experience to surrender yourself to the healing modalities of sound, each experience guides the receiver through a relaxation process, intention discovery, and journey into sound. Instrumentation and voice is curated according to tone, texture, and frequency.

The sense of vibration and sound that emerges through us is our unique voice.

It is my goal for students to reclaim the sovereignty of their voice through breathwork, vocal dynamics, musical conversastions, vocal offerings, and of course, the beautiful community experience of singing together devotionally in kirtan.
